The IDWX Consignment Program is a service where you can sell your luxury watch through our platform. We will help you market and sell your watch to our worldwide potential buyers.

To consign your watch, simply notify us through our platform or via the WhatsApp number we provide. Our team will review your submission and get in touch with you to proceed with the consignment process. You can also easily visit our offline store and meet our staff there who will be happy to assist you.

We accept luxury watches from well-known brands such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Omega, Hublot, Breitling, Tag Heuer, Panerai, Cartier, IWC, and Tudor. If you’re unsure whether your watch qualifies, feel free to contact us for clarification.

IDWX ensures product authentication through a rigorous process involving specialized tools and expert knowledge. We start with a detailed visual inspection and verify the watch’s serial number with the manufacturer’s records. Using high-powered magnification and ultraviolet light, we examine the movement, materials, and hidden markings to ensure they meet brand standards.

This meticulous process guarantees the authenticity of every luxury watch consigned with us. We ensure our customers can shop with complete confidence because we have team experts to verify the authenticity of every timepiece.

We accept both new and used watches, but they must meet our quality standards and go through our verification process. To ensure the best chances of selling, your watch should be in good working condition and preferably come with its original box, papers, or be a full set. This documentation helps verify authenticity and increases the watch’s value and appeal to potential buyers.

You may choose from two packages:

• • Gold Package: This costs Rp 500,000. You can consign from anywhere, and our team will process the authentication through HD photos and videos that you send through our consignment admin.
  • Platinum Package: This costs Rp 1,000,000. We will take professional photos of your watch and promote it across more platforms for wider visibility.

You can set your own selling price for your watch, but we recommend following our price suggestion based on current market trends. If you want your watch to sell quickly, pricing it at or slightly below market value can increase the chances of a faster sale. Our team will provide you with a detailed market analysis to help you determine the most competitive and attractive price for your luxury watch.

If you choose Gold Package, we suggest you to take all the photographs from several angles. Please kindly concern to only submit high-resolution photos and videos that show the details of your watches.

We utilize our extensive network and platform to showcase your watch to a wide audience. This includes online listings on our website idwx.co, social media promotion such as instagram, telegram, and whatsapp community, and reaching out to our network of interested buyers.

The time it takes to sell a watch can vary. It depends on factors such as the brand, model, condition, and market demand. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process. Usually it only takes 1 – 2 weeks by average.

Our team will contact you directly if there’s any offers of your watch. Once you agree with the suggested selling price, we will ask you to drop/ship the item to our store at Blok M Plaza, Mall Artha Gading, or Lippo Mall Puri. If the transaction is completed, you will get the payment immediately minus 2% comission.
